Hammer Installed Fastener

The MATO Hammer System H30 is recommended for belts up to 1400kN/m or 800 P.I.W. The fastener has pre-set staples and is quick and easy to install. The plate sets itself to the belt thickness making it ideal for worn belts. The fastener is supplied in strip lengths to suit different belt widths and is recommended for use in the following industries:

Belt Lacing Tools

To Suit H30 Hammer Tool

.	The tool bed is lightweight making it easy to carry. The punch and holder are easy to operate and designed to give long service life. The tool will install H35A and H37 fasteners by simply turning the belt stop pins. The fastener strip is installed by locating onto the belt stop pins and secured by positioning the retaining rod through the holes in the belt stop pins.
.	sizes are available for belt widths 36", 42", 48", and 54". Other sizes are available upon request.

Accessories For Lacing Machines
	Belt Skiver . If the belt cover is 1/16" or thicker it is recommended to skive 1/32" - 3/16" of cover over the carcass. The belt skiver is used on the clamping frame of the belt lacing machine. . Various skiver blades are available for differing belt thicknesses.
	Screw Pin Insertion Tool . Pneumatic insertion tool for screw connecting pin. The screw connecting pin can be installed quickly and easily.
	Screw Pin Insertion Tool . Manual insertion tool for screw connecting pin. The screw connecting pin can be installed quickly and easily.
	Hammer Pin Driver . Using the hammer pin driver the MATO connecting pins can be installed easily and without damage.
	Wave and Bow Stop . Use the patented MATO system to prevent waves and bows in the belt. The tensioned wire rope will eliminate edge stress, improve connection of the two spliced belt ends and minimise scraper wear. . Different versions available for belts up to 1600kN/m.
