Belt Lacing Tools
To Suit MP20

 Manually Operated Screw Lacer
.  The full splice width is installed progressively by pressing in 76mm long strips of fasteners.
.  The force transmitted through the lacer ensures high pressure at the lacer jaw, which is necessary to squeeze the fasteners and correctly embed them into the belt.
.  Special packing plates are available which are fitted behind the jaws for belts less than 8mm thick.

Belt Lacing Tools

 Manually Operated Lever Lacer.
.  The portable GEM Splicing machine is available with a comb
   pitch of 7mm. The lacer is lightweight and easy to carry to the
   job site, set up and use to install the GEM ELR fastener.
.  Our standard machine is suitable for 230mm comb lengths, and
   can be manufactured to suit 460mm comb widths. (Available on
   special request only.)
